Then let me introduce you to The Gimme Putt I have played golf for many years, and inconsistent best describes my level of play. One major weakness which has led to my large handicap has been my putting. Standing behind the ball I haven’t much difficulty seeing the correct line of travel based on the contour and slope of the green. Yet, once in position, I no longer can clearly visualize the line and inevitably I miss more putts than I make. SOUND FAMILIAR? The old adage states “necessity is the mother of invention”. Perhaps it was this “necessity” that inspired the idea of altering one’s position while putting. With this newly designed putter the ball is struck from behind. Stand behind the ball, visualize the line, then strike it with greater accuracy and more confidence than ever before without shifting your position. Revolutionary? Perhaps. More consistent? Definitely. The question may be asked, who will use this putter? The scratch golfer, the professional, the PGA tour member? Probably not, it wasn’t designed for them but for the guy or gal who is tired of 3 and 4 putting and would like to sink more putts with fewer strokes. The Gimme Putt is so amazing some may even use it as a training tool to better hone their skill in reading greens. I am confident you will discover, as I have, that the Gimme Putt will dramatically improve your putting, giving you more confidence especially when facing those 5 footers.
